As a leader caring about your people more than what they can do is the entire foundation of your leadership. From there everything will go — you’ll either be “remembered” or “resented.”

The c-level leadership circle is a micro cosmos, whats found/absent there is to be found/absent in the entire organization.

It is much easier to be an Observer of leadership than to be the Observed of leadership. Step up and get observed.

Leading a church is a tough job, but it doesn’t mean that one can’t carve out time for ongoing education and training. Why? Because a commitment to learning is the hallmark of effective leadership. So, we’ve compiled a list of 6 church management conferences that are worth considering. Check out our recommendations here: https://lnkd.in/gP-vuvWS

My profile is the fusion skillfully orchestrated between my different professional experiences and my philosophical approach to life, one being inseparable from the other ✨ but I’m not my profile …

If everything is blurry, it is a signal telling you that you have strayed too far from who you really are, undoubtedly hypnotized by the lark mirror held by your mind. Do not project any image, whatever the image, it is illusory, it is only an interpretation of reality, passed through the filters of the conditioning that you have undergone, often unconsciously, and engraved in your mind. This requires total attention with all your senses so as not to let yourself be distracted by this image factory that is your mind. In fact, your mind stores everything you know in your memories and when you perceive reality as it is, it takes hold of it and draws from your knowledge at phenomenal speed everything it finds there to represent to you according to it the reality that you perceived. Then you visualize this image thinking that it is really the reality that you are experiencing when it is only its simplest expression limited to your conditioning. You are living an illusion. You experience split reality and not a total reality. You live within the limits of your mind and not in infinity. Indeed, reality as it really is is a space of pure energy in which everything is constantly done and undone in an atmosphere of joy and freedom energized by unconditional love. It is a space where everything is always possible because it is never finished and without limits. While your mind is finite because it is made up of the past which repeats itself in a loop while degenerating like everything that is not renewed. You then experience lack, frustration, fear, suffering, in short an undesirable life. And yet, if you manage to go beyond your thoughts, if you manage to pass the wall of your mind, if you are present in the present then perhaps you will have access via this window to a world invisible to your mind and a enchanted universe where the magic of life constantly operates to offer you its abundance in diversity and its absolute splendor! It is up to you to choose the direction and to do so you have every moment to decide and that moment is always now! It's when everything is clear that you know that you have crossed the threshold! You are the only one who can do it, it’s only you that can be as you really are. Choose your direction, it's the only one that fits you !
